While I was searching for an idea for my next article, I read some articles about what equipment people should have at home for good quality workouts. Although they listed some very good workout equipment, they also listed some machines that costs a fortune and require a lot of space and so many people don’t want to pay that kind of money on building home gym because it’s really cheaper to just join the gym. So that gave me an idea for an article, I thought I will write an article about workout equipment that don’t cost a fortune and also don’t require a lot of space so you can keep it in your room. So just to be clear if you want machines like Marcy MD-9010G in your garage or basement this post is probably not for you (I will write another post on that some other time).

It’s highly unlikely that you will get injured when using battle ropes and also they target almost every single major muscle group and help you improve balance and coordination.

With a heavy bag, you can also do HIIT workout. Improve your balance and coordination and work on improving your self-defence abilities. Get a heavy bag and start floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee.
Ab wheel – Want a six-pack then look no further than ab wheel. With every new repetition, you work nearly 20 muscles including the lats, pecs, obliques and deltoids. However, if you feel back pain while using it and build your core strength with exercises like planks before using it again.
