Hi everyone welcome to Fitness Clothing and Equipment website. Sport and fitness has been my passion for my entire life. I started training football when I was 5 and over the years I tried different stuff regarding fitness and sports.

Over the years I’ve learned a lot about different exercises and products that can help you get back in shape and improve your health…. and I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well as provide you with updated tips and techniques that the real pros using these days

A Little Story About My Life in Sports

When I was 5 I watched my first football game and I fell in love instantly so I started training and I was pretty good but I always wanted to be better

As you all know we’re all in competition with one another trying to gain more playing time and to impress the coach.

I literally used to spend hours on playing field with my friend practicing dribbling, shooting and passing trying to be better.

When I was 17 I have torn my ligaments and that’s when everything changed because I gained weight and I couldn’t get back in shape so I started reading and trying different exercises and products.

My recovery lasted 2-3 months and as you all know if you don’t exercise for couple of months you will gain weight.

Few months ago I had injury again nothing serious as the first one, but I couldn’t exercise for a month and guess what I gained weight again.

That’s when I decide to start a blog about fitness because I realize there is a lot of people like me and I want to help. Everything I discover about fitness I will share in this blog.

My exercising routine at the moment is:

  • Jumping rope – for about an hour
  • Push-ups
  • Planks

I am considering adding burpees in the next couple of weeks

They Say Exercise Leads To Healthy Life

There is no point exercising if you’re doing it wrong way and you are not being productive using the allowed time that you have. A lot can be accomplished in an hour or two sitting at the gym with the right motivation and the right exercises, but some people don’t have time to go to the gym so for them home workout is the way to get back in shape.
